Nuts and seeds,string cheese—or cheese of any kind.
Celery sticks with nut butter,cottage cheese with salsa, carrots or jicama with bean dip or salsa oven-roasted crunchy chickpeas (vary the spices to your tastes).
Plain yogurt with a little nuts or almonds,
air-popped popcorn,radishes with butter and sea salt,olives. Also there are more fun recipes for your family.
